Yes! Our Dashboard lists all of your pickup and delivery orders. Choose if you want them sorted by the pickup/delivery date or the order creation date. You can also filter your orders by date, location, checkout method, or order status to optimize your order management.
You can view your orders in a calendar view through our Google calendar integration.
You can also export your orders to a CSV directly in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery or using our Exportify integration.
Yes, it does. It’s compatible with the Shopify Locations feature and synchronizes your product inventory levels with the app when the inventory integration feature is enabled. This way, the only locations your customers will see are the locations where their selected products are in stock.

Yes! Our full integration with the POS app allows you to create, view, manage and organize your orders in your store through your location’s Shopify POS system.

No, taxes are calculated by Shopify. Usually, Shopify calculates taxes based on the product’s shipping address or the store’s address for in-store purchases. In the case of pickup orders, Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery pre-populates the ‘shipping’ address as the store’s address, which means that the correct tax rate should be applied at checkout.

Yes! The app works worldwide — wherever Shopify works, so does Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery. Currently, the app’s widget, which is visible to your customers, contains translations available in English, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and Simplified Chinese to make setup as seamless as possible.
The admin panel and the Shopify POS app are available in English and Portuguese (French and Spanish coming soon).
Yes, you can. Any product can be limited to pickup only. You can also define which products are available at each of your locations to avoid your customers buying products that aren’t locally available.
We don’t offer that feature. Limiting pickup orders by distance is not something we would recommend—people often place pickup orders when visiting friends and family or traveling to an event.
However, we do offer the ability to show pickup locations closest to your customers, depending on their address, postal code, or region.
Yes! You can enable pickup and disable delivery/shipping by tag, collection, product type, or vendor. Learn more in our Conditional activation article.
Yes! Our pickup order limits feature lets you restrict the number of pickup orders you can receive per day or slot.
Yes, it can. When creating a draft order, click More actions and select Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery. This will open the order within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, and you’ll be able to select the delivery location and add the date and time.

Yes! You can define and customize your delivery fees within the app. For more complex setups, we have built integrations with Zapiet - Rates by Distance, Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code, Intuitive Shipping, Bespoke Shipping, Advanced Shipping Rules, Boxify, and ShipNerd.
To use this functionality, you’ll need to enable Shopify’s Carrier-calculated shipping (also called Carrier Service API) on your store. By default, it’s included in Shopify Advanced and Plus plans. For the Shopify plan, it costs $20/month, or it will be added for free with an annual plan. Carrier-calculated shipping feature is not available on the Starter and Basic plans.
